Gold recovers from two days down due to demand in marriage season
In the local market, gold of 99.9 per cent and 99.5 per cent purity rose by Rs 20-20 to Rs 30,850 and Rs 30,700 per ten gram respectively
New Delhi: Gold prices rose by Rs 20 to Rs 30,850 per 10 grams in the national capital today on the back of positive trend in global markets and local demand. This is a slight increase after two consecutive days of decline.
In the domestic market, gold of
99.9 and 99.5 per cent purity rose by Rs 20-20 each to Rs 30,850 and Rs 30,700 per 10 grams in the domestic market . In the last two days this was Rs 270 lesser. However, the eight grams of gini remained at Rs 24,800 per unit.

Gold in global markets
rose 0.32 per cent to $ 1,330.60 an ounce in New York yesterday on the global front. Silver also rose by 0.38 per cent to $ 17 an ounce. Traders said that to meet the demand for marriage in the overseas markets and increased demand in the domestic spot market, the price of gold has been strengthened.
