The bench said, "How can you make the condition for connecting the Aadhaar with the mobile phone to those receiving the service (Telecom Department)?" The bench said that the license agreement is between the government and the service providers. UdayAi lawyer Dwivedi said that the Aadhaar scheme was supported by two successive governments and senior advocate Kapil Sibal who opposed this for a party in the apex court was part of the empowered group of ministers who had noticed the issue of the Aadhaar.
